Your main duties will include: - Maintaining patients’ dignity, privacy and safety at all times. Assessing risk - Adhering to mental capacity and mental health act. - Supporting patients who can present with behaviour’s that challenge using both pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment plans. - Maintaining high professional standards. - Delivering and planning evidenced based care in collaboration with the patient, families and wider MDT. - Assessing patient need and delivering appropriate and timely interventions. - Safe administration and storage of medicines. The MDT team consists of medical staff, psychology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech and language services, dietetics and physical health care, due to this we are able to offer a comprehensive assessment of each patient and their individual needs.
