We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive team player with effective communication skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate should be able to work autonomously, show attention to detail and cope well under pressure. You will be required to - Ensure that all HIV requests and needs are met in a  timely and accurate manner - Liaise directly with senior nurses ,MDT , other stakeholders  and service users to ensure an efficient service continue as appropriate - Liaise with multidisciplinary team to provide specialist care for our patients. - Assist the HIV/Sexual Health Pharmacists, other stakeholders  with day-to-day queries - You will be required to work cross-site. Our role will be to support you in this interesting and challenging job, offering you: - Personal and professional development. - Education and training. - Friendly, supportive and progressive team. This is an exciting and stimulating role which will appeal to an individual who wants to be involved in a specialised clinic area.
