\<p\>We are looking for a dedicated and motivated \<strong\>Band 5 Staff Nurse (Health Visiting).\</strong\>\</p\>\<p\>The Health Visiting Staff Nurse is a registered nurse working as part of the Health Visiting Team providing preventative and supportive health care to children and families in Bath & North East Somerset. This includes the identification, monitoring and provision of targeted support to vulnerable children and those whose welfare and safety may be at risk. The successful candidate will works as a member of the Health Visiting Team maintaining a public health focus under the supervision of a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) to deliver the Healthy Programme in a variety of settings including the home and community venues as delegated by the Health Visitor.\</p\>\<p\>\<strong\>Base:\</strong\>\</p\>\<p\>This is a part-time role working 22.5 hours per week located in:\</p\>\<ul\>\<li\>Paulton Hospital, BS39 7SB\</li\>\</ul\>\<p\>\<strong\>Main Responsibilities:\</strong\>\</p\>\<ul\>\<li\>\<p\>Work within the boundaries of the Staff Nurse Competency framework\</p\>\</li\>\<li\>\<p\>Work with the Health Visiting Team to achieve Key Performance Indicators\</p\>\</li\>\<li\>\<p\>Work in partnership with children and families to identify any health needs at the earliest opportunity and to provide appropriate \<span class=&q
