The patient centred team focus on safely admitting all surgical elective patients and recovering patient's postoperatively, leading up to their discharge home. We cover a variety of surgical specialities including Breast, Urology, Colorectal, Gynaecology, General Surgery, Vascular, Ophthalmology and Pain. As a department our nursing team deliver high standards of care, we are looking for a conscientious, reliable and energetic person to join our team. The role will involve working Monday - Sunday. ### Main duties of the job To admit patients for surgery and deliver pre and post op nursing care followed by effective discharge planning for a wide range of nursing services . You will work along side a team of experienced day case nurses and clinicians who  aim to deliver a  safe and effective, patient focused service.
