The successful post holder will also be able to work within our enhanced recovery area and head and neck unit which will give an amazing opportunity to develop higher level skills. You will be working closely with your Band 6 colleagues to ensure you receive support and development, excellent communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will be well motivated and enthusiastic to learn.  You will be given all necessary training required and will attend all relevant mandatory study days. We are committed to providing education opportunities to all our staff and place a strong emphasis on the education and development of the Ward team. ### Detailed job description and main responsibilities The post holder will work as part of a team to provide a safe, effective, efficient care environment for patients, relatives and carers. They will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care under indirect supervision from senior staff.
