### Job overview

- Role: Provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of the Ward Sister/Charge Nurse, while supporting and mentoring junior staff.
- Clinical Duties: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; maintain safety and care standards; administer medications including IV; assist in emergencies; keep accurate records.
- Organisational Duties: Support admissions, discharges, and transfers; maintain a clean and safe environment; monitor stock and resources; contribute to staffing rotas and manage unexpected situations.
