### Job overview

- We are looking for enthusiastic and patient oriented pharmacist to help lead and deliver out-patient pharmacy and working with specialist clinics providing services across the trust.

Key duties include: leading in the provision of out-patient pharmacy services for immunosuppressant and disease modifying drugs; collaboratively working with specialist teams for developing clinical pharmacy services including prescribing, facilitating training of permanent and rotating staff, supporting the lead patient services pharmacist in the roll out of patient centre consultations

### Main duties of the job

- This position offers the opportunity to build on your clinical skills by collaborating with specialist clinics and the out-patient pharmacy team. And gaining leadership and management experience.
You will need to be a GPhC registered pharmacist with a diploma in General Pharmacy Practice or equivalent and broad hospital-based experience. You will need to have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a large multi-disciplinary team. You will also need to be friendly, approachable, adaptable, flexible, willing to learn new skills and be committed to continuous professional development.

This is a full-time post working across the 3 sites. The post holder will be required to participate in the weekend, bank holiday and late-night duty rotas
