The supervising consultant is Dr Sofia Zarate Escudero and the ward manager for Limes is  Brightmore Mukutirwa and for Jubilee ward it is Immaculate Robson.  The post holder will be professionally accountable to the supervising consultant of the service. He/she will be operationally accountable to the OPMHS Service Manager, Rebecca Higgins. Jubilee ward ( St Bernard’s Site) is an admission ward for older adults, accepting patients aged sixty-five and above and a Rockwood frailty score of 6 and above. It predominantly looks after patients of any age, with a diagnosis of dementia and challenging behaviours as well as patients aged sixty-five and above with a functional diagnosis.  There will also be times, often due to bed pressures, where younger adults with a functional diagnosis are admitted onto Jubilee Ward to ensure flow throughout the inpatient wards. There are two weekly ward rounds on Jubilee Ward that take place on a Tuesday morning (Female Patients) and Thursday morning (Male Patients).
