The department consists of four consultant staff specialising in skin, hand and breast surgery. The department also includes a well-established, purpose-built Laser Treatment Centre providing services to the whole of east Anglia including the Cambridge and Norwich teaching hospitals, and provides unrivalled experience in this sub-speciality. The department enjoys close relationships with the department of dermatology. ### Main duties of the job The post holder will be responsible for providing clinical services in plastic and hand surgery, with a special focus on day case and minor surgery. Applicants must hold MRCS or an equivalent qualification, and possess a minimum of at least 4 years’ full time postgraduate training (or its equivalent gained on a part time basis) at least two of which will be in the Plastic Surgery specialty at time of interview.
