Leadership & Governance - Lead on infection management within the hospital. - Attend monthly Directorate, audit, and clinical governance meetings. - Participate in Trust committees (e.g., Drugs & Therapeutics, Risk Management, Mortality  Reviews). Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) - Maintain collaboration with UKHSA Yorkshire & Humber and UKHSA East Midlands Consultants in Health Protection. - Play an active role in IPC and antimicrobial stewardship, including: o Attendance at NLAG/ULTH IPC Committee meetings. o Leading outbreak response and incident management.
