The successful applicant will join 4.0 General Adult Consultants working flexibly in South Ayrshire, covering community clinical work in a defined catchment area based on GP practices. The role will be supported for CESR application or research should the candidate wish. South Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership has a well-established, Community Mental Health Team supported by a 24 hour Crisis Service and daily duty service from 10am – 7pm. The post is well supported, within a friendly and dynamic team. The role is solely community based (approximately three clinics per week) with the possibility of service development if this is of interest and there are opportunities also for special interest. The Terms and Conditions of service are those determined by the SAS Contract and the post is offered on a 10 programmed activity basis (with options for additional session where appropriate).
