Across East Suffolk and North Essex Foundation Trust we are committed to support our clinicians in building and developing their private practice alongside NHS caseload allowing a hospital delivered location to these private services. ### Main duties of the job All specialty doctors in the department have a continuing and individual responsibility for the care of patients in their charge and a general responsibility to provide, in conjunction with their colleagues, an effective dermatology Service to meet the needs of the local population, within the resources available. ### Detailed job description and main responsibilities The post-holder will: - Work with colleagues to provide the highest standard of  care - Work with the multi-professional team to develop care pathways and clinical guidelines - Develop and maintain good working practices within wards, outpatients and A&E - Collaborate and promote close working links with colleagues in community services and primary care - Offer support to junior medical colleagues, and nursing colleagues - To be responsible for complying with Trust Infection Control policies and clinical guidelines. - Ensure training and development needs are followed up and the effectiveness of the acquired training and development evaluated in term of self, patient and service. - To be responsible for the quality of data recorded.
