We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and innovative clinician who can help take a leading role within our services using a creative and dynamic approach. We are looking for clinicians who are able to maintain clinical curiosity and engage in reflective practice as well as be able to be an advocate for children, young people and families' needs. The person specification below is not the full person specification, but outlines the criteria against which your application form will be assessed ## Person Specification ### Eligibility **Essential** - Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practice at the time of appointment - Good standing with GMC with respect to warning and conditions on practice - Approved under S12 OR able to achieve with 3 months of appointment - Minimum 12 years’ experience post qualification and at least 6 of those in the specialty (psychiatry) ### Qualifications **Essential** - MBBS or equivalent medical qualification **Desirable** - Qualification or higher degree in medical education, clinical research or management - MRCPsych or equivalent - Additional clinical qualifications ### Clinical knowledge **Essential** - Excellent clinical skills in the assessment and management of neurodevelopmental disorders with or without mental health comorbidities in children and adolescents - Training and experience on neurodevelopmental assessments: specialist autism assessments (eg.
