This is a full-time substantive post (10 PAs) commitment to the general paediatric acute rota, including cover for the Children’s Assessment Unit (CAU) and inpatient wards. The postholder will contribute to the development of the Paediatric Gastroenterology service, support general paediatrics, and participate in teaching, audit, and service improvement. ### Main duties of the job - Provide specialist care in paediatric gastroenterology, including outpatient clinics and inpatient consultations. Including IBD, coeliac disease and complex nutrition. - Provide support to local CAMHS services with nutrition-related disorders, including Eating disorders, ARFID and Disordered Eating. - Have the opportunity to develop endoscopy skills and GI physiology skills.
