You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs. Where youll be working: Furlong Close- Rowde - Devizes We support up to 38 people living across 7 bungalows in the heart of Wiltshire, just outside the market town of Devizes. This is a unique service within Wiltshire offering supporting living, enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and local community. This role involves supporting individuals who may present behaviours that can challenge, often linked to communication needs, learning disabilities, autism, or mental health conditions. The focus is on delivering person-centred, proactive support that promotes independence, safety, and emotional wellbeing. We are looking for experienced support workers to support individuals with complex behaviours, or a strong willingness to develop in this area.

Recording- keeping accurate records & reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management
