You will be based in Glangwili General Hospital. This post is ideal for a clinician who enjoys variety in their day, values collaboration, and wants to make a tangible difference in patients' recovery journeys. You'll work closely with the Acute Stroke MDTs  and community services, supporting patients with communication and swallowing needs post stroke as they transition from hospital to home. Given the community aspect of the role, the ability to travel across Carmarthenshire efficiently is important, as you will be visiting patients in their own homes as part of their ongoing rehabilitation and support.
