This role gives the opportunity for professional development, supervision of staff and involvement in service development in our relatively new team. We are looking for a dynamic Speech and Language Therapist with a passion for stroke rehabilitation and team working to join us and help to shape the direction of our team for the future. ### Main duties of the job - To provide specialist speech and language t herapy assessment, diagnosis and treatment toadults with communication and swallowing problems within the adult SLT service and stroketeam - To work independently with the support and supervision of clinical leads - To work in patients' homes and community - To work as an integrated member of the SLT team and stroke team - To work with members of the multidisciplinary stroke team , including nursing, therapists andassistant staff - To be involved in ongoing training to the multidisciplinary team. - To be part of a wider network of SLTs in Sirona including peer supervision and support - To receive clinical and operational leadership from the Clinical Specialist SLT for stroke ### About us Ever dreamt about a career that sparks excitement and fosters your professional growth?
