Demonstrate evidence based, clinically effective practice and keep abreast of new practice development, particularly related to area of clinical expertise. Supervise the work of Support Workers and Volunteers Contribute to the induction, mentoring and support of junior SLTs Contribute to clinical teams - multi-disciplinary / agency and uni-disciplinary / agency by discussing own and others input around a patient/service user’s needs ensuring well-co-ordinated person centred care plans; MDT meetings and case conferences. ### Detailed job description and main responsibilities You will be able to find a full job description and person specification attached within the supporting documents.
