This is a unique opportunity to work within the innovative Experts at Hand SEND Reforms model. We are looking for a motivated and forward-thinking Band 6 Speech and Language Therapists to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team, working alongside a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist and colleagues from Occupational Therapy and Educational Psychology to develop and deliver the Experts at Hand offer across Trafford mainstream schools and colleges. In this rewarding role, you will work collaboratively with education settings to support children and young people with special educational needs to communicate, participate, achieve and thrive. You will play a key part in delivering training, coaching and support packages, while also providing guidance to colleagues within the Experts at Hand team.
