This is a 10-month fixed-term position offering part-time hours of 15 hours (2 days) per week -term time only. We are seeking an experienced, innovative and passionate SLT to work in partnership with the North and South inclusion team in educational settings to adopt a ‘whole system, needs-led’ approach for children with SLCN. The SLT will be one day with the north team and one day with the south team. The new post holder will support with environmental audits at settings and universal packages which provides evidence-informed strategies to strengthen high-quality adult-child interactions that support communication, learning, and early brain development. For further information on working within our supportive and dedicated teams, please take a look at our recruitment video: CLCH S&L Recruitment - YouTube ### Main duties of the job Key duties within this role include: - Provides support to upskill PVI settings and childminders to support SLCN early identification and intervention. - Incorporates coaching and support for parents and carers to facilitate support for children's early SLCN development at home. - Provides on-site SLCN training and advice/support, to upskill EY practitioners, increasing confidence in early identification and SLCN support through drop ins and on-site coaching. - Act as the main reference point for the day-to-day delivery and management of the universal and targeted speech and language therapy service provided across North and South Hammersmith and Fulham inclusion team. ### Detailed job description and main responsibilities Successful applicants will be required to demonstrate alignment with the Trust’s values & the behaviours aligned to those values - Accountability, Inclusion, Compassion, and Empowerment, alongside fulfilling the duties detailed in the attached Job Description and Person Specification. ### Applicant requirements You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
