You will be responsible for assessing and providing evidence-based intervention for patients in our different services including determining in co-production their optimal rehabilitation/discharge pathway/management plan in line with their functional goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for physiotherapy, excellent communication skills, plenty of initiative and enthusiasm, and with the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of the wider MDT. We offer a supportive and engaging environment to develop and grow our therapists including through regular supervision, education and training.  You will have the opportunity to develop your own clinical and supervisory skills with supervising Band 5 physiotherapists, rehabilitation support workers, and/or students.  You will also have the opportunity to participate in quality improvement and audit projects. ### Main duties of the job To assist and contribute to organising, developing and delivering a high-quality physiotherapy service provided to a wide variety of in-patients. These patients will have Neurological, Trauma, Respiratory and/or Amputee impairments. The post will include rotations through Neuro and Trauma wards, Rapid Access to Acute Rehab (RAAR), Stroke services, and the Tower Hamlets Community Neurological Team.
