As a Specialist Practitioner and Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting staff practice, maintaining high standards of care, and helping shape an evolving and innovative service model. ### Main duties of the job As a Specialist Practitioner and Supervisor, you will provide clinical supervision and professional support to EMHPs and CWPs working within the MHST and CWP pathways. You will help ensure children and young people receive safe, effective, and evidence-based low intensity interventions tailored to their needs.
