The role is a permanent position for 22.5 hours per week. It will involve work in both health centres and out in the community in patients homes, care homes and local hospitals. The community team covers parts of Kidderminster, Bromsgrove and surrounding area. We are a team that manage complex patients with foot ulcers through comprehensive musculoskeletal and vascular assessments. The ideal candidate will be a team player, committed to providing high quality patient care with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Enthusiastic, highly motivated and a strong work ethic is most desirable. Dependant on applicants a more flexible/part time role may be considered, this is open to discussion during interview.
