The overall stroke pathway comprises of a HASU and ASU at Peterborough City Hospital and acute beds at Hinchingbrooke Hospital. The position is mainly at Peterborough City Hospital however flexibility will be required to provide cross-site cover. The successful applicant will manage a varied and complex clinical caseload and be able to provide person-centred evidence-based stroke rehabilitation. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in the supervision, development and training of students, registered staff and support workers. They will also be involved in service development and clinical audit. Regular supervision, training and development opportunities will be provided to ensure personal career development. Weekend and bank holiday working will be required. There will be a practical element to the interview so candidates will need to be available to attend for a face to face interview at Peterborough City Hospital.
