The CHS Dietetics provides service for acute, community, paediatrics and LD services. We friendly, forward thinking team of 14 dietitians and 2 dietetic assistants and admin support, committed to providing high quality effective care. This post offers the ideal opportunity to be an integral part of a small team of paediatric dietitians. The post is based at Corydon University hospital but has strong joined up working with community nursing and consultants, SLT, home visiting teams and school nurses. We have a strong student training programme, and the paediatric dietitians provide much needed placement experience to our student dietitians.  As a band 6 Dietitian you will undertake audits, contribute to service help with improving & reviewing/developing nutrition and dietetic policies for paediatrics and as identified relevant to your role by the clinical and operational lead for dietetics. Dietetics has a a strong focus on staff wellbeing and professional development. We have CPD and supervision to support needs of staff who are embarking on a higher band.
