We aim to enhance health and well-being by facilitating participation in meaningful activity within community and inpatient settings. This post is vital to facilitate as far as possible each client's return to maximum function and independence through a range of therapeutic interventions. These interventions have a significant impact on the wider economy in; reducing length of stay in hospital, reducing admissions and re-admissions, and improving health outcomes. ### Main duties of the job To manage a defined caseload, using evidence based/patient centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions. The service is provided in a variety of community and inpatient settings and you will be required to work across different specialist areas.
