Specialist Nurse

Job overview

We are looking for a  specialist nurse to work in our Neuro and Stroke teams.   You will be supported in your development and work within the wider neurology team .  We have a well established MDT and you will manage a caseload of complex patients.

Main duties of the job

• Provide specialist assessment and personalised care planning and intervention to all  patients referred to the service. • Promote the health of patients and assist in the management of patients through enabling and encouraging independence, provision of support, facilitation of advice and  information and education and training.
