As a Ventricular Assist Devices Coordinator, the post holder will facilitate the care and education of patients supported with a Ventricular Assist Device and their families from initial contact, work-up for implant, peri-operative period and long-term follow-up, maintaining excellent care across the VAD/Transplant continuum.
