We are seeking an enthusiastic Band 6 Specialist Nurse to join our dynamic locality team. These posts sit within the secondary care element of the service and focus on delivering specialist mental health interventions for people with complex mental health needs. You will play a key role in supporting individuals through high-quality, person-centred care. As we move towards a trauma-informed model of care, an understanding of this approach is essential, and you will be supported to embed these principles into everyday practice. You will work collaboratively alongside colleagues from Social Work, Occupational Therapy and Clinical Psychology, benefiting from a broad mix of professional expertise and shared learning within a truly multidisciplinary environment. This role also offers excellent leadership development opportunities, including providing supervision to healthcare staff and contributing to staff development through appraisal and clinical supervision.
