The Therapy Department holds a high profile within the Trust and you will be encouraged to develop your clinical, teaching and managerial skills according to the area of work setting and CPD guidelines. Support and supervision will be provided by experienced occupational therapists. Our multidisciplinary Therapies department is committed to development and offers a large range of in-service and external training to suit individual’s needs. We have a strong emphasis on teaching and training to help you develop your skills through departmental and neuro specific teaching sessions, there are also opportunities to develop more practical based skills through joint sessions with senior clinicians.
