Leeds Teaching Hospitals are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Maternal Medicine Team as Maternal Medicine Specialist Midwife. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual who can support delivery of expert, individualised care for pregnant women/ birthing people with medical conditions that pre-date or arise during pregnancy. The post holder will play a key role in coordinating specialist clinics and MDTs, ensuring seamless collaboration across obstetric, medical, and multidisciplinary services. You will be instrumental in developing personalised care plans, supporting women, birthing people and families through complex pregnancies with compassion and clinical excellence. This role involves providing both inpatient and outpatient monitoring, ensuring continuity, safety, and high-quality outcomes. You will also be pivotal in the implementation of the maternal care bundle, driving improvements in clinical standards, and patient experience across the service.

As a relatively new team, this is fantastic opportunity to continually codevelop a service to meet the needs of the people using it.
