This may include women who use substances, women who are seeking asylum, teenage parents and women experiencing domestic abuse, mental health difficulties and other complex social factors. The postholder will coordinate care for women on their caseload to ensure that they can access the care and services required to reduce the impact of social inequalities and deprivation, with the aim to secure the best outcomes for the most vulnerable women and babies in our communities.
