This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established multidisciplinary team supporting adults with learning disabilities across a range of community settings. The role focuses on promoting physical health and reducing health inequalities through high-quality, person-centred dietetic care. The successful candidate will manage a specialist caseload and deliver dietetic assessment and interventions for individuals at risk of malnutrition, obesity, and diet-related health conditions. The role also includes opportunities to contribute to group work, health promotion initiatives, and service development. You will be supported by a Highly Specialist Dietitian and work closely with colleagues across the wider CLDS team, including mental health, behavioural support, and transition services. ### Main duties of the job The post holder will provide specialist dietetic input to adults with learning disabilities within Tower Hamlets, working across community settings including supported living, residential care, and service users’ homes.
