We are seeking to appoint someone with a caring, compassionate nature, who is innovative, creative, flexible and highly motivated. Primarily you will undertake specialist assessment, therapeutic work and physical health care for people presenting with an eating disorder within the East locality. You should be an excellent communicator and team player, with the successful applicant joining a dynamic multi-disciplinary team of professionals to provide assessment and treatment to children and adult service users and their families/carers. The team includes a range of other psychological professionals, nurses, dietitians and a consultant clinical psychologist/clinical lead. ### Main duties of the job Existing experience in eating disorders across the age range is desirable but not essential, however, a keen interest to develop knowledge and skills in this field and a strong desire to help service users and families is vital. The successful candidate will benefit from regular clinical supervision as well as professional supervision, with encouragement to engage with CPD activities as appropriate. The hours are 37.5 a week and we would be happy to discuss how these can be worked flexibly to fit with yourself and the service.  This is an exciting time and a chance to work in this specialist all age service – if this sounds like something you wish to be involved in, please contact those highlighted below who will happily discuss this further.
