To share with colleagues’ responsibility for the day-to-day management of Eldercare patients (including but not exclusively; those with Femoral fractures), in line with national and local clinical guidelines. Teaching and training of junior staff, medical students, and Allied Health Professionals. To have responsibility for ensuring active participation in continuing medical education (CME). To actively participate in both departmental and Trust matters concerning Clinical Governance, Patient Safety, Quality Improvement and audit. To attend meetings as appropriate.
