We have an opportunity to join our Team as a Specialist Band 6 Dietitian, and provide a comprehensive nutrition and dietetics service across our three hospital sites. This position is part of an expanding team with the opportunity to help shape the future of the service. To make assessments using a variety of sources of information and to provide results of assessment in verbal and written formats. To maintain a holistic approach to patient care and involving relatives, carers and appropriate care agencies whenever possible in the treatment plans and programmes To be an integral member of the dietetic team working to ensure optimal nutritional care for patients as a key determinant of recovery and outcome.
