This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dietitian to join the Lothian Acute Dietetic Team. The post-holder will be involved in establishing a prehabilitation service for patients with colorectal and urological cancers and will also provide an inpatient service to the respiratory ward at the Western General Hospital.

The post holder will be expected to participate in student training (B & C placements) and provide support to other clinical specialties as required.

We are strongly committed to training and support for CPD and clinical governance, with a supervision framework, annual appraisals, peer support and training opportunities to further develop clinical skills.
