\<p\>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a \<strong\>Specialist C\</strong\>\<strong\>ommunity Occupational Therapist\</strong\> to join our multidisciplinary team at \<strong\>Five Rivers Health and Wellbeing Centre\</strong\>\<strong\>, SP1 3NR\</strong\>. This role offers a varied and rewarding caseload, enabling you to use your clinical expertise to deliver person-centred, evidence-based occupational therapy interventions across the community.\</p\>\<p\>As an Occupational Therapist, you will: provide occupational therapy assessment, treatment and advice to patients in their home environment or outpatient setting in order to promote and facilitate patient independence and well-being, within professional guidelines and protocols.\</p\>\<p\>This is an exciting time to join us as we work in \<span class="single_desc_int_gb_word"\>collaboration with local services to enhance rehabilitation in a seamless and integrated way\</span\>.\</p\>\<p\>If you\\'re ready to take on this meaningful and fulfilling role, we\\'d love to hear from you!\</p\>\<p\>This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.\</p\>\<p\>\<strong\>Base:\</strong\> Five Rivers Health and Wellbeing Centre, Hulse Rd, Salisbury SP1 3NR \</p\>\<p\>\<strong\>Main Responsibilities:\</strong\>\</p\>\<ul\>\<li\>To be accountable for assessing, interpreting, planning and implementing
