\<p\>\<strong\>Band 6 Senior Occupational Therapist (Inpatient Rehab).\</strong\>\</p\>\<p\>\<strong\>Full time Hours - South Wiltshire\</strong\>\</p\>\<p\>Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist looking for a rewarding role in an inpatient-centred rehabilitation team? Join our Intensive Rehabilitation Service Pathway 2 Team in South Wiltshire, where you\\'ll make a real difference in the lives of patients recovering from hospital admissions.\</p\>\<p\>This intermediate rehabilitation setting provides individuals with focused support to achieve their recovery goals, enabling them to regain independence and transition home or to a more suitable care setting.\</p\>\<p\>\<strong\>Your Base:\</strong\>\</p\>\<p\>For mileage purposes your base will be Five Rivers Leisure centre. Our Intensive Rehabilitation service is currently hosted within a care home within the Laverstock area. This site and its staff are entirely dedicated to the Pathway 2 service with years of collaboration and development with HCRG.
