The role is full time FTE 37.5 hours per week working across our adult and paediatric services. ### Main duties of the job You will need to be a well-motivated, enthusiastic qualified and registered audiologist. We are an innovative department, providing a comprehensive audiology service. You will join a highly motivated team, committed to providing a high quality service. Main duties will be in the assessment and (re)habilitation hearing for adults and children on both complex and routine pathways. You must have excellent spoken and written communication skills with children and families and other multidisciplinary team professionals. You will have a desire to find creative and effective solutions for patients with a variety of hearing needs.  You will be a competent practitioner and able to work without supervision in the main tertiary hospital department and at the satellite clinics. You will be expected to develop specialist expertise although training will be given. We are a training department and you would be expected to contribute to training junior staff and HTS, PTP and STP trainees. CUH Audiology is an experienced training centre and you will be mentored and encouraged at this key stage of your career. You will ideally have an STP in Audiology or equivalent.
