The Early Intervention team are a multi disciplinary team with staff from a range of professions including, mental health nurses, social workers, CBT therapists, Occupational Therapist  and support  workers. The team has a dedicated Consultant Psychiatrist, a  Psychology lead and full admin support. ### Main duties of the job The purpose of this post is to work as part of the multi-disciplinary team for the Early Intervention In Psychosis Team, carrying out full risk assessment, mental, physical health and social care assessments and specialist psychosis assessments, identifying clients suitable for the service who meet the criteria for First Episode Psychosis, At Risk Mental States, to provide short term intervention and treatment as required and  to refer on to relevant services clients who do not meet the criteria for EIT.   In line with currently identified best practice within early intervention work and to play an active role in service development supporting the team. ### Detailed job description and main responsibilities Please see attached job description and person specification to support your application for this post.
