The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience of caring for children ideally with complex health needs and SEND.  The role will involve working with both health and educational staff within the primary and secondary special schools in Scarborough and Ryedale. The successful applicant will need to work with the wider multi-disciplinary team, such as the Children's Community nursing team, therapists and consultants to ensure excellent communication and provide high quality care. The successful applicant will need to be flexible, working across 4 Special schools in Scarborough. There will also be occasional home visits and Ward visits. Car driver is essential. This role will be worked over 4 days, Monday to Friday including school holidays. Interviews for this position will be held in person ONLY at Scarborough Hospital. Remote interviews will not be available.
