### Main duties of the job

In this role, you will

Undertake risk assessments and care plans accordingly, in line with the THRIVE framework Provide high standards of evidence based client centred care to children and young people with mental health \[CYPMH\] problems

- You will lead a team of professional and support staff in the delivery of high-quality evidence-based practice, ensuring that regular supervision and appraisal take place.
- Provide interventions, advice, consultancy and supervision to both colleagues and colleagues within external partner agencies in line with THRIVE
- You be responsible for the screening of referrals to children and Young Peoples services, including urgent referrals 1.6. To participate directly in the teams duty rotas.
- May be required to work with people in their own homes as well as visiting service users in hospital to assess and care plan for treatment
- May be required to Participate on a Duty/ triage rota

What youll needand be able to provide evidence for:

- You will possess an active registration with Social Work England (SWE).
- You will have a recognised professional qualification in Social Work.
- Demonstrable management skills.
- You will be able to demonstrate experience of working with complex mental health problems and if you have worked with Children .
