CRHT is a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) that provide 24/7 urgent clinical triage and advice via the crisis telephone line, as well as conducting urgent and emergency mental health assessments for people in crisis. In addition to this, the team also provides intensive home treatment to those individuals admitted onto the caseload as an alternative to hospital admission. Demonstrates good communication skills.
