In delivering your duties you are expected to display behaviours that are aligned with the Trust values and as required in accordance with the NHS Constitution at all times. ### Detailed job description and main responsibilities The successful candidate will work with carers and families of people with mental health needs under the direction of a Consultant Social Worker.  You will support and enable the carers to connect with local assets within the communities to help build resilience.
