Grant House is a residential home in the Badenoch & Strathspey area, providing holistic person-centred support to older adults who need long term care in a homely environment. A position has become available for enthusiastic care assistants to work in the home.

It is an ideal position for anyone that has considered working in care, with excellent staff development programmes and the ability to progress your career in the NHS.

The job involves hands on care supporting people to be as independent as possible, it is people centred, and highly rewarding. You will learn about care delivery and planning, medication management, working within a close team, and to develop communication skills. There is a lot of focus on activity and providing opportunities for residents to go out into the local community with support and continue hobbies and interests supported by staff.
