An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and motivated Appointments Co-ordinator to join our busy and supportive Sleep Disorder Centre team at Queen Victoria Hospital.

This is a key administrative role, supporting the efficient running of the service through the co-ordination of patient bookings, waiting lists, and diagnostic pathways. You will play a vital part in ensuring patients receive timely care while helping the Trust meet important performance targets.

- Co-ordinate and schedule outpatient, inpatient, and home diagnostic appointments
- Manage and maintain accurate waiting lists and patient pathways
- Support delivery of RTT (Referral to Treatment) targets through effective tracking and data entry
- Handle high volumes of patient calls and enquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Work closely with clinical teams to optimise clinic utilisation and patient flow
- Ensure clinic outcomes, DNAs, and pathway updates are accurately recorded
- Assist with the admin of the , in coordination and equipment management where necessary.
