An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support the Dermatology & Plastics service as a Skin Cancer Results & Surveillance Tracker for 37.5 hours per week.

We are looking for an individual who will be highly motivated, organised and self-sufficient, with the ability to manage their own workload and be flexible and adaptable to fulfil the duties within the role. The individual must also have the ability to work well under pressure have excellent communication skills and have the desire to provide a first class service for patients and the clinical teams.

### Main duties of the job

The aim of the post is to support the existing Skin Cancer team. The Skin Cancer Tracker will be integral to the tracking and monitoring of patient results and ensuring all patients meet their target treatment times. This role necessitates excellent communication skills involving liaison with Consultants, CNSs', Secretaries and external hospitals and treatment centres.

Working on your own initiative using knowledge, skills and experience to manage and prioritise workload independently in accordance with operational standards and protocols.

A large part of the role is tracking all surgical patients throughout their patient journey and providing administration and coordination support to Consultants, Cancer Nurse Specialists and other staff involved in the patient's pathway.

- Previous Secretarial Experience or Equivalent
- Diary Management
