This is an opportunity to work alongside the medical team delivering safe and  effective care out of hours  for multi-specialties  including Medicine, Respiratory, Liver, and Surgery.   You will also work for the 24/7 Paediatric Assessment Clinical Escalation (PACE) service supporting clinical areas in the early recognition and escalation of deteriorating children and delivering HDU level care to our at risk patients. ### Main duties of the job This is an exciting opportunity for you to gain enhanced nursing skills and work as part of a wider multi-Disciplinary team, with educational and learning opportunities available to you. The post holder will work part of the site practitioner team to provide clinical support to the Hospital @ Night medical workforce(H@N) out of hours to ensure safe and effective care is provided to patients.
