### Job overview

The Site Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing all planned and reactive maintenance tasks at the Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital site including Electrical services , mechanical services , building services and grounds and gardens. A key member of the Estates senior management team the post holder will utilise CAFM systems to monitor and report on maintenance performance and compliance

### Main duties of the job

Manage in house and contractors undertaking maintenance tasks across the estates.

Manage and monitor service level agreements.

Undertake Authorised Persons duties in specialist services

Ensure Business Continuity plans are developed and tested

### Applicant requirements

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.

- Proven management experience in estates discipline
- Evidence of budget management

- Educated to degree level
- Formal Estates qualifications

**Desirable**

- HTM Authorised person qualification
